Though its design focuses on the Commander format and will have a quartet of preconstructed decks to that end, it will still be available in all the various booster packs, prerelease kits and other packaging Wizards of the Coast uses for its main releases

My opinion did slightly change on Cecil, Dark Knight because I dont have a Deaths Shadow archetype in my cube (which is hard to do in singleton) but someone did draft a pretty sweet deck that technically went undefeated in the swiss rounds (going 3-0) but lost to me, (who sat out since we had an odd number of drafters - I ended up going 2-0 from playing that player and someone else.) Quantum Riddler and Possibility Technician Im putting these together since they play a similar role, as cards that virtually draw a card if warped, especially in low-curving decks that can look to reliably cast the card from Possibility Technician/draw 2 with Quantum Riddler and something that can just get cast later
